Limitations on Service. When using the Service, you may experience technical or other difficulties. We cannot assume responsibility for any technical or other difficulties or any resulting damages that you may incur. The Service has qualification requirements and we reserve the right to change the qualifications at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, or your use of the Service, in whole or in part, immediately and at any time without prior notice.
Limitations on Service. You agree not to hold us liable for interruptions in the availability or functionality of the service, which may occur without notice to you for technical or other reasons.
Limitations on Service. Service is offered subject to the availability of the necessary systems, facilities, and equipment, and where AT&T Long Distance provides Service. AT&T Long Distance may refuse to provide Service to or from a location where the necessary systems, facilities, or equipment are not available. As used herein, the terms “availability” and “available” refer to systems, facilities, and equipment owned by AT&T Long Distance and AT&T Long Distance’s current capacity purchased from third party providers. In cases where Service is not currently available, AT&T Long Distance shall not be obligated to provide Service by a particular time or in a particular manner. If the parties cannot agree concerning the provision of currently unavailable Service, either party may cancel Customer’s order for such Service. Service is subject to the following limitations:
Limitations on Service. This Supplement shall apply only to Services provided directly to Buyer for use by Buyer. Without the written consent of Seller, Buyer may not purchase Services under the Agreement and this Supplement for resale to third parties. Seller's Voice Service Products are designed using various IP technologies specifically for quality Voice Service. Traditional analog services such as facsimile and alarms lines were designed to be provided over PSTN and are supported via Seller's Facilities but are not guaranteed for any Service Level Specification nor eligible for any Service Outage Credits. Buyer should use a Service other than Seller's Voice Service Product, such as a traditional POTS line from the local ILEC, for mission critical transmissions.
Limitations on Service. Bank may place limitations on all Wire Transfer requests, including setting dollar limits on each transfer or on daily/monthly transfers. Such limitations will be established in the Bank’s sole judgment based on the Bank’s risk management procedures, and Bank may consider Customer’s creditworthiness and Bank’s experience and transactions with Customer for that purpose. Bank will notify Customer of any limitation prior to implementing it.
Limitations on Service. If Subscriber utilizes any services/products provided by Xxxxxx Communications Canada Inc. (“Xxxxx Services”) when using the System, the System may only work if within range of the wireless network operated by Rogers (“Rogers facilities”). In addition, Rogers Services may be temporarily refused, interrupted, or limited at any time and individual data transmissions may be involuntarily delayed.

Limitations on Service. A. The appointment or reappointment of a student in an academic title must be at half-time (50%) or less for the period of one year or less. Percent time limitations apply to all appointments or combined appointments in any employment title. Exceptions are granted only as outlined in the Red Binder sections on specific titles. There are no exceptions to the 50% time restriction for non-citizens or appointees to the Associate title.
Limitations on Service. You may use the Service to make payments from your checking account to any third party on your authorized list. Bellco may from time to time limit the total number or amount of transactions you may perform on your account. Please contact us for a list of such limits. You may make payments up to the amount of the actual balance in your checking account, or the limits prescribed by us. If you have a line of credit or deposit account designated as an overdraft draw account, you can make additional payments up to the amount of your available line of credit or account balance, as applicable, and subject to any established limits. You may not use the Service to: make payments in an amount that exceeds your single transaction and daily limits; request any payment if you know or are informed that the Service is malfunctioning or not operating; request a payment from your checking account if the payment would overdraw the account or, if the account is maintained in connection with an unsecured line of credit or deposit account designated as an overdraft draw account, would exceed the credit limit of that line or account balance, as applicable. If you attempt to make a payment for which you have insufficient funds, you may be charged an NSF fee as outlined in the Fee Schedule.
Limitations on Service. If you do not have available funds in your checking account or linked Overdraft Protection accounts when we process your Xxxx Pay request, your payment will not be made and your request will be cancelled. We will notify you via email if we are unable to process your payment. We will NOT charge you a fee for cancelling the payment request. You may NOT use the Service to: • Make payments in the amount of $10,000 or more (business account limits may be increased upon request on a case by case basis) • Request any payment be sent to an address located outside of the United States • Make xxxx payments to payees on behalf of third parties unless the third party is a joint account holder on your account and the payment is made payable to either your account or an account in the name of the joint account holder • Request any payment if you know or are informed that the Service is malfunctioning or not operating • Request a payment from your checking account if the payment would overdraw your checking account available balance and available funds in your linked Overdraft Protection accounts.
