Limitations on Our Liability. We try to ensure that the Cards are accepted when presented, or that the associated Card Information is accepted when used. However, we will not be liable to you or any Cardholder for damages (including special, indirect or consequential damages) that may result if, for any reason, (a) a Card or the associated Card Information is not accepted, or (b) you or any Cardholder is unable to access the Account.
