Limitations on Exercise of Option. Notwithstanding the foregoing Sections, in no event may the Option be exercised: (i) in whole or in part, after ten years following the Grant Date, (ii) following termination of employment or other relationship for Cause (as defined in the Plan), or (iii) following termination of employment or other relationship except as provided in Sections 7(a), 7(b), and 7(c) below.
