Limitations on Coverage. 1. No insurance provided by the Contractor under this exhibit will be required to indemnify the Owner, the Architect, or their employees or agents to the extent of liability for death or bodily injury to persons or damage to property caused in whole or in part by their own negligence, but will require indemnity to the extent of the fault of the Contractor or its agents, representatives, or Subcontractors.
