Inspections and Tests 26.1 The Supplier shall at its own expense and at no cost to the Procuring Entity carry out all such tests and/or inspections of the Goods and Related Services as are specified in the SCC.
Inspections and Testing Each Interconnected Entity shall perform routine inspection and testing of its facilities and equipment in accordance with Good Utility Practice as may be necessary to ensure the continued interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System in a safe and reliable manner. Solicitations for Subcontractors, Including Procurements of Materials and Equipment In all solicitations either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the contractor for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurements of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the contractor of the contractor's obligations under this contract and the Regulations relative to nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, sex, age, and disability/handicap.
Exclusions and Limitations for Third Party Software SUBJECT TO THE EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES STATED IN SECTION 9.2 AND WITH RESPECT TO THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND REGARDLESS OF THE NATURE OF ANY CLAIM SHALL SAP OR ITS LICENSORS’ BE LIABLE FOR AN AMOUNT IN EXCESS OF THE PAID LICENSE FEES FOR THE THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE DIRECTLY CAUSING THE DAMAGES.
Maintenance and Warranty Service Reports The report shall include the name of the Authorized User and all of the information in Section 2.24.1 and be submitted electronically in Microsoft Excel 2010 or newer version unprotected, via e-mail to the attention of the OGS Contract Administrator.

Accessibility of Web-Based Information and Applications For State Agency Authorized User Acquisitions: Any web-based information and applications development, or programming delivered pursuant to the contract or procurement, will comply with New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08-005, Accessibility of Web-Based Information and Applications as follows: Any web-based information and applications development, or programming delivered pursuant to the contract or procurement, will comply with New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08- 005, Accessibility of Web-Based Information and Applications as such policy may be amended, modified or superseded, which requires that state agency web-based information and applications are accessible to persons with disabilities. Web-based information and applications must conform to New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08-005 as determined by quality assurance testing. Such quality assurance testing will be conducted by the State Agency Authorized User and the results of such testing must be satisfactory to the Authorized User before web-based information and applications will be considered a qualified deliverable under the contract or procurement.
DEMONSTRATIONS/SAMPLES 9.1 Bidders shall demonstrate the exact item(s) proposed within seven (7) calendar days from receipt of such request from the Owners.
Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.
