Limitation Periods. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Limitations Act (Alberta) or any other Applicable Law, an Indemnified Person may commence Legal Proceedings in respect of Damages arising from any incorrectness in or breach of any representation and warranty of the Indemnifier described in a notice of claim given under Section 9.7 within the time periods in Section 9.5, at any time on or before the second anniversary of the date upon which the notice is delivered under Section 9.5, and any applicable limitation period is hereby so varied to the full extent permitted by law.
