Limitation of Use. 68 The Parties hereby agree that any Confidential Information received shall only be used by the Receiving Party for purposes 69 of review, analysis and determination of the feasibility of a contemplated real estate transaction involving the Parties and 70 shall not be used for any other purpose. However, nothing would prevent the Disclosing Party from utilizing or 71 disseminating its own Confidential Information in any manner it chooses.
