Limitation of Remedies. 14.1 If Buyer becomes insolvent as that term is defined in this Agreement, or files for protection under applicable bankruptcy laws, whether voluntary or involuntary, Seller may refuse to ship the goods covered by this Agreement except for those paid for in cash or by certified funds.
