Common use of Limitation of Landlord’s Liability Clause in Contracts

Limitation of Landlord’s Liability. The obligations of Landlord under this Lease do not constitute personal obligations of the individual partners, directors, officers, members, employees or shareholders of Landlord or its partners, and Tenant shall look solely to the Building, and the rents and profits therefrom, for satisfaction of any liability in respect of this Lease and will not seek recourse against the individual partners, directors, officers, members, employees or shareholders of Landlord or its partners or any of their personal assets for such satisfaction.
