Common use of Limitation of Damages Clause in Contracts

Limitation of Damages. The foregoing notwithstanding, none of the parties shall be liable to any other party for any incidental, consequential, indirect, punitive or exemplary damages. All claims and damages asserted against the City or RDA shall be subject to statutory protections of municipalities and their officials and employees, including the immunity and limitations set forth in §893.80 Wis. Stats.
