Limitation of Authority. PSP agrees that the TFC Project Manager shall not have any express or implied authority to vary or otherwise amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement or an Assignment in any way, or waive strict compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement or an Assignment, except as to the deadlines set out in Section 2.2 above, any deviation from which must be evidenced by the TFC Project Manager in writing.
