Limitation of Assignment. Benefits under the Plan may not be assigned, sold, transferred, or encumbered, and any attempt to do so shall be void. Participant's interest in benefits under the Plan shall not be subjected to debts or liabilities of any kind and shall not be subject to attachment, garnishment, or other legal process.
Limitation of Assignment a) The Supplier is not entitled to assign, transfer or sub-contract out any of its obligations towards Trelleborg to any third party, including without limitation the obligation to procure and supply the Supplies.

Limitation of Assignment. There shall be no limitation on the number of activities per year for which a teacher maybe eligible for compensation. Assignment is at the discretion of the principal with the advice of the athletic director, where appropriate.
