Lighting System. The “Lighting System” for any Dedicated Streets to be constructed and installed by OPPD within the boundaries of any Dedicated Street right-of-way within the Development Area, including any decorative, ornamental, or other lighting not conforming to CITY standards but which has been specifically approved by CITY.
