Lighting Requirements. The Property Owner shall light all display windows and signs every day, from dusk until 10:00 P.M.

Lighting Requirements. The Parking Manager shall inspect all lighting elements daily to ensure all lighting fixtures, timers, and other controls are functional. Any deficiencies or outages that cannot be rectified within forty−eight (48) hours after the Parking Manager becomes aware of such issue must be included in the Daily Parking Operations Log, and the Parking Manager will provide in such log an anticipated timeline for repair and implementation to address the condition.

Lighting Requirements. PURCHASER agrees to provide ARTIST at PURCHASER'S sole cost and expense, from a major lighting company, a full lighting equipment for the length of engagement hereunder. These requirements shall be discussed between PURCHASER and ARTIST’S manager upfront.
Lighting Requirements. At the sole cost of PURCHASER, an experienced lighting director/operator will be available during sound check and performance. The stage should be well lit with no dark spots in the performance area. The lighting director/operator is requested to listen to recordings of ARTIST so as to become familiar with the show and add his/her creative look to performance.
