LIFE OF THE AGREEMENT. 11.1 Unless otherwise terminated by operation of law or by acts of the parties in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, this Agreement will be in force from the Effective Date and shall expire on a country-by-country basis as to each Licensed Product on the date that neither the sale nor use of such Licensed Product would be covered by a Valid Claim in such country. This Agreement shall expire in its entirety, unless otherwise terminated or otherwise provided herein, upon the last expiration date of a patent licensed under this Agreement; or until the last patent application licensed under this Agreement is abandoned and no patent in Regents’ Patent Rights ever issues.
