LIFE OF THE AGREEMENT. 10.1 Unless otherwise terminated by the operation of law or by acts of the parties in accordance with the terms of this AGREEMENT, this AGREEMENT will be in force from the Effective Date and will remain in effect for the life of the last-to-expire patent or last-to-be-abandoned patent application licensed under this AGREEMENT, whichever is later.
LIFE OF THE AGREEMENT. 10.1 Unless otherwise terminated by the operation of law or by acts of the parties in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, this Agreement will be in force from the Effective Date and will remain in effect until the expiration of the last VALID CLAIM under this Agreement.
LIFE OF THE AGREEMENT. 6.1 Unless otherwise terminated by operation of law or by acts of the parties in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, this Agreement is in force from the Effective Date recited on page one and remains in effect until fifteen (15) years from the Effective Date.
LIFE OF THE AGREEMENT. 9.1 Unless otherwise terminated by operation of law or by acts of the parties pursuant to Articles 10 or 11, this Agreement shall terminate upon expiration of the last to expire of the issued patents included in Regents' Patent Rights.
LIFE OF THE AGREEMENT. 11.1 Unless otherwise terminated by operation of law or by acts of the parties in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, this Agreement will be in force from the Effective Date and shall expire on a country-by-country basis as to each Licensed Product on the date that neither the sale nor use of such Licensed Product would be covered by a Valid Claim in such country. This Agreement shall expire in its entirety, unless otherwise terminated or otherwise provided herein, upon the last expiration date of a patent licensed under this Agreement; or until the last patent application licensed under this Agreement is abandoned and no patent in Regents’ Patent Rights ever issues.
LIFE OF THE AGREEMENT. 25.1 This Agreement will nominally operate until 30 September 2020 or until replaced or superseded.
LIFE OF THE AGREEMENT. The parties have agreed that this Prosperity Agreement will operate for a period of three years from the date of this Agreement.
LIFE OF THE AGREEMENT. For the purposes of performance of obligations in this agreement, the life of the agreement shall be ten years from the date of execution. For the purpose of enforcement of the agreement, the life shall be 13 years from the date of execution. The County’s obligations under Section 2 of this agreement to maintain ownership of the water right in perpetuity or convey them to the State’s Trust Water Right Program shall remain in place subject to the terms of Section 2 of this agreement.
LIFE OF THE AGREEMENT. This Agreement is an open-ended contract and shall start on the date of signature. Each party may withdraw from this Agreement, by registered letter with a notice of receipt, by giving the other party 60 days prior written notice.
LIFE OF THE AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall be in effect as of September 1, 2018 and shall continue in effect until August 31, 2020. In the event the legislature increases or decreases District revenue formulas (including, but not limited to, levy capacity, levy equalization, the inflationary index, e.g., utilizing CPI instead of IPD, professional learning day funding, regionalization or salary compliance), the parties agree to reopen this agreement at the written request of the District or Association to negotiate the impact of such legislative actions.
