Life Limited Parts. Frontier and RAI shall each cooperate with one another in order to manage and minimize engine life limited parts (“LLP”) expenses for Covered Aircraft. To that end, RAI shall provide annual projections of LLP requirements and supplemental notice of specific engine maintenance events which require LLP replacement as they are scheduled. Frontier may, at its option and with RAI's consent (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld) provide or arrange the provision of used serviceable LLPs that otherwise meet RAI's specifications and reasonable minimum cycle-remaining requirements, to be incorporated into a Covered Aircraft. In connection with the withdrawal of any Covered Aircraft from the capacity purchase provisions of this Agreement (whether at the end of such aircraft's scheduled term or otherwise), Frontier shall pay RAI for the pro-rata cost (based on useful life and using the then-current catalogue price for LLPs) of all LLPs consumed for all Scheduled Flights by such Covered Aircraft under this Agreement, and RAI shall pay Frontier for the pro-rata cost (based on useful life and using the then-current catalogue price for LLPs) of all LLPs provided by Frontier and incorporated into such Covered Aircraft pursuant to the previous sentence and not consumed for any Scheduled Flights under this Agreement.
Life Limited Parts. All replacement Life Limited Parts will have complete back to birth traceability. GE will provide Customer with information about the previous owners for each replacement Life Limited Part if so applicable and requested. No replacement Life Limited Parts will be incident/accident-related, as evidenced by GE to Customer in accordance with the Customer’s General Maintenance Manual.
Life Limited Parts. Life Limited Parts (LLPs) as specified by Aircraft, Airframe, Engine, and Appliance Type Data Sheets and Time Controlled Components identified by MPD shall possess all historic Aircraft Records necessary to establish origin, date, hours and cycles at each installation and removal, last shop visit findings and Return to Service where applicable, in addition to total service and authenticity.
Life Limited Parts. The current status should be provided which indicates, for each affected Life Limited Part, the total number of accumulated flight hours and/or flight cycles and/or calendar time and/or life in any other applicable parameter, as appropriate, as well as modifications subject to airworthiness limitation completed by an ‘in-service-history-record’. The ‘in-service-history-records’ should clearly:
Life Limited Parts as specified by the Aircraft and Engines types certificates shall be provided with appropriate documents and records that identify current status, life history (removal and installation), total time in service, authenticity and origin back to manufacturer.
Life Limited Parts. Life Limited Parts control is the responsibility of the operator. The approved maintenance organisation will have to provide the operator with all the necessary information about the LLP removal/installation so that the Operator may update its records (see also paragraph 2.21 "Exchange of information").

Life Limited Parts. With respect to (1) all Airframe life and calendar controlled components, have a minimum of one year, and 3,000 Airframe Flight Hours and 2,000 Airframe Cycles remaining to next scheduled removal or inspection (in accordance with the Approved Maintenance Program), but (a) if a component has a life, overhaul or check interval limit that is less than the above-stated hours, cycles or calendar time requirement (in accordance with the Approved Maintenance Program), then such component shall have a full check interval remaining and (b) "on- condition" and "condition-monitored" components shall be serviceable and shall have no indication of incipient faults and (2) no Engine life- limited parts shall have less than 2,000 Engine Cycles remaining until the next scheduled removal or replacement.
Life Limited Parts. LLP received by GE without the necessary records required in Paragraph 5.1.8 above that relate to LLP, shall be replaced by GE at Copa's expense as stated therein, following the time period allowed for Copa to provide such records, as stated herein.

Mokulele may, at its option and with Shuttle’s consent (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld), provide or arrange the provision of used serviceable LLPs that otherwise meet Shuttle’s specifications and reasonable minimum cycle-remaining requirements, to be incorporated into a Covered Aircraft. In connection with the withdrawal of any Covered Aircraft from the capacity purchase provisions of this Agreement (whether at the end of such aircraft’s scheduled term or otherwise), Mokulele shall pay Shuttle for the pro-rata cost (based on useful life and using the then-current catalogue price for LLPs) of all LLPs consumed for all Scheduled Flights by such Covered Aircraft under this Agreement, and Shuttle shall pay Mokulele for the pro-rata cost (based on useful life and using the then-current catalogue price for LLPs) of all LLPs provided by Mokulele and incorporated into such Covered Aircraft pursuant to the previous sentence and not consumed for any Scheduled Flights under this Agreement.
