Common use of Life Assurance Clause in Contracts

Life Assurance. The Executive shall be entitled to participate during his employment in the Company's group life assurance scheme from time to time whereby the Executive's life is insured for the benefit of his estate for four times his salary referred to in clause 7.1(a).

Life Assurance. 10.3.1 The Executive shall be entitled to participate during his employment in the Company's group ’s life assurance scheme, at the Company’s expense, to pay the Executive’s dependents a sum equal to 4 times the Executive’s salary if the Executive dies during his employment.
