Liens or Encumbrances. Tenant shall not suffer the Leased Premises or any fixtures or improvements thereon to become subject to any lien, charge or encumbrance whatsoever, and shall indemnify Landlord against all such liens, charges and encumbrances. Should any lien or encumbrance be placed against the Leased Premises or any fixtures or improvements thereon, Tenant shall notify Landlord and promptly discharge the lien or encumbrance.
