Common use of Liens and Encumbrances Clause in Contracts

Liens and Encumbrances. Except as provided in Section 3.6, create, assume, incur or permit to exist any mortgage, pledge, encumbrance, security interest, lien or charge of any kind upon any of its property, now owned or hereafter acquired, or acquire or agree to acquire any kind of property subject to any conditional sales or other title retention agreement, except liens securing purchase money indebtedness permitted pursuant to Section 5.1 above.
