Lien in Force. The Financed Vehicle securing each Contract shall not be released from the lien granted by the Contract in whole or in part, except as contemplated herein.

Lien in Force. The Servicer shall not release or assign any Lien in favor of the Trustee on any item of Equipment related to any Contract in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted hereunder.
Lien in Force. The Servicer will not (i) release the Financed Vehicle securing each such Receivable from the security interest granted by such Receivable in whole or in part except in the event of payment in full by or on behalf of the Obligor thereunder or payment in full less a deficiency which the Servicer would not attempt to collect in accordance with its Customary Servicing Practices or in connection with repossession or except as may be required by an insurer in order to receive proceeds from any Insurance Policy covering such Financed Vehicle or (ii) reduce the Contract Rate with respect to any Receivable other than as required by applicable law or (iii) reduce the Principal Balance with respect to any Receivable other than (A) as required by applicable law, (B) in connection with a settlement in the event the Receivable becomes a Defaulted Receivable or (C) in connection with a Cram Down Loss relating to such Receivable.

Lien in Force. Except for a release to an insurer in exchange for insurance proceeds paid by such insurer resulting from a claim for the total insured value of a Financed Vehicle, the Servicer shall not release any Financed Vehicle from the security interest granted by the related Contract in whole or in part except in the event of payment in full by or on behalf of the Obligor thereunder or repossession, nor shall the Servicer impair the rights of the Noteholders [or the Insurer] in the Contracts, nor shall the Servicer change the APR with respect to any Contract, except as may be required by applicable law.
