Common use of Licensor’s Representations and Warranties Clause in Contracts

Licensor’s Representations and Warranties. Licensor represents and warrants that it has the full legal authority, power, and right to enter into this Agreement and to grant Licensee and Licensee Affiliates the rights, privileges, and releases set forth herein.

Licensor represents and warrants warrants, solely to and for the benefit of Licensee, that it has owns the full legal authority, power, and right to enter into this Agreement and to grant Licensee and Licensee Affiliates Work in connection with Licensee's uses permitted hereunder in the rights, privileges, and releases set forth hereinTerritory.

Licensor’s Representations and Warranties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Licensor shall have no obligation to maintain or prosecute Licensed Patents.
