Licensing Requirement. Under no circumstances shall any Transfer or issuance of Shares of the Corporation to an additional shareholder be valid unless the proposed new or additional shareholder is a licensed physician in good standing under the laws of the State of Missouri, except as otherwise permitted under the Act. Licensing Requirement. Executive is presently licensed as a casino key employee (the “License”) by the Nevada Gaming Commission upon the recommendation of the state Gaming Control Board (collectively, the “Nevada Gaming Authorities”), pursuant to the provisions of applicable Nevada laws and regulations. Executive agrees, at the Company’s sole cost and expense, to cooperate with the Nevada Gaming Authorities to maintain the License in full force and effect and in good standing.
Licensing Requirement. Executive has filed an application to obtain a finding of suitability as an officer (Chief Financial Officer) of the Company (the “License”) with the Nevada State Gaming Control Board and the Nevada Gaming Commission (collectively, the “Nevada Gaming Authorities”), pursuant to the provisions of applicable Nevada gaming laws and the regulations of the Nevada Gaming Commission. Executive agrees, at the Company’s sole cost and expense, to cooperate with the Nevada Gaming Authorities at all times, including but not limited to in connection with the processing of such application and any investigation thereof undertaken by the Nevada Gaming Authorities.
Licensing Requirement to obtain and maintain, at its own expense, all relevant licenses, permissions, waivers or permits required to use the DE-CIX Service and shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations standards and codes, failing which DECIX shall in addition to any right or remedy it may have against the Customer, immediately terminate the DE-CIX Agreement.

To the extent that you are required to be licensed by gaming authorities with jurisdiction over the Company or its affiliates anywhere the Company does business currently (i.e., Macau, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Singapore) or in the future (collectively, the “Gaming Authorities”), you will cooperate in applying for and secure such license pursuant to the provisions of applicable gaming framework. You agree, at the Company’s sole cost and expense, to cooperate with the Gaming Authorities to obtain the required license and maintain it in full force and effect and in good standing. You further agree to apply for a license as a casino key employee (or similar status) in any jurisdiction in which the Company’s casino key employees are required to be licensed.

You are presently licensed as a casino key employee (the “License”) by the Nevada Gaming Commission and the Nevada State Gaming Control Board and any other gaming authority with jurisdiction over the Company or its affiliates (collectively, the “Gaming Authorities”), pursuant to the provisions of applicable Nevada gaming laws and the regulations of the Nevada Gaming Commission and the gaming laws and regulations of the jurisdictions of such other Gaming Authorities. You agree, at the Company’s sole cost and expense, to cooperate with the Gaming Authorities to maintain the License in full force and effect and in good standing.

Xxxxxxxxx is presently licensed as a casino key employee ("the License") issued by the Nevada Gaming Commission upon the recommendation of the state Gaming Control Board (collectively, the "Nevada Gaming Authorities"), pursuant to the provisions of applicable Nevada laws and regulations. Xxxxxxxxx agrees to cooperate with the Nevada Gaming Authorities to maintain the License in full force and effect and in good standing. If the Nevada Gaming Authorities shall, at any time, suspend or revoke the License, then this Agreement shall terminate and neither LVSI nor Xxxxxxxxx shall have any further obligation hereunder.
Licensing Requirement. Xxxxxxxxx has represented to LVSI that he ispresently licensed by the New Jersey Casino Control Commission. The parties acknowledge that, in order to discharge the duties required under this Agreement and to hold the Options provided for herein, Xxxxxxxxx must apply for and obtain a casino key employee and equity holder license ("the License") issued by the Nevada Gaming Commission upon the recommendation of the state Gaming Control Board (collectively, the "Nevada Gaming Authorities"), pursuant to the provisions of applicable Nevada laws and regulations. LVSI and Xxxxxxxxx agree to cooperate with the Nevada Gaming Authorities, the Board and with each other in applying for the License and in removing any objections that may be raised by the Nevada Gaming Authorities in connection with the granting of the License. If the Nevada Gaming Authorities shall refuse to grant the License to Xxxxxxxxx, then this Agreement shall terminate and neither LVSI nor Xxxxxxxxx shall have any further obligation hereunder.
Licensing Requirement. Contractor shall not sell or allow the sale or consumption of any intoxicating or alcohol beverages (including any fermented ale, wine, liquor or spirits) in any part of the Facilities at any Event unless such sales by Contractor are fully licensed by the State of Minnesota and any other applicable Governmental Body. Licensor shall at all times during the Term own and maintain all privileges, licenses and permits for the sale and consumption of intoxicating or alcohol beverages on or in the Stadium Site, including the Stadium and the Stadium Infrastructure. Contractor shall at all times be eligible to utilize Licensor's privileges, permits and licenses for the sale and consumption of intoxicating or alcohol beverages, and failure to maintain such eligibility with respect to any Governmental Body at all times during the Term shall be a material default of this Agreement. Licensor shall have final approval in its reasonable discretion and consistent with its policies and procedures of the manner in which alcohol beverages are to be dispensed, including without limitation cup sizes and methods of disbursement. Contractor must, at its own expense, obtain all additional licenses and permits, if any, required for the legal sale of alcohol beverages which are not otherwise covered by Licensor's alcohol permits and licenses. Upon the termination of this Agreement, Contractor shall cooperate in the transfer of any license or permit, if any, and only to the extent transferable, to any third Person or to a successor contractor engaged by Licensor.
