Tenant shall promptly furnish to Landlord complete copies of all surveys, examinations, inspections, compliance certificates and similar reports of any kind issued to Tenant by any governmental agencies or authorities having jurisdiction over the licensing of the operation of the Property which are material to the Property or the Facility, their ownership or operation.

With respect to such Licenses, (i) no violations have occurred that remain uncured, unwaived, or otherwise unresolved, or are occurring in respect of any such Licenses, and (ii) no circumstances exist that would prevent or delay the obtaining of any requisite consent, approval, waiver or other authorization of the transactions contemplated hereby with respect to such Licenses that by their terms or under applicable Law may be obtained only after Closing.

The offeror shall include a notarized copy of the most current license/certificate/-accreditation, which demonstrates that the offeror is licensed/certified/accredited or otherwise authorized by the Government of India or its agent (e.g., insurance commission, board) to provide health insurance coverage to persons (to include organizations, companies, groups) within the host country. This section shall demonstrate that the offeror is licensed/certified/accredited through no less than the final day of the base performance period and that the offeror is eligible for renewal for the option periods. This section shall also summarize and describe any probationary, disciplinary or actions taken upon the offeror, which are in force or are about to be imposed upon the offeror by the government of (country name) or its agents. Failure to demonstrate that the offeror is an authorized insurance company permitted to write and administer health insurance policies in India shall be grounds for rejection of the proposal.

Licensing Information. This license is granted to a single user only. Anyone who uses and has access to the .wav files directly is considered a user and will need their own license. Note: Once the sounds are implemented into a game engine, programmers and other team members can modify the code and data for the specific project. But they would need their own license if they wanted to take the .wav files out for their own use or to modify the .wav files directly. Each license fee is a onetime only purchase.
