Licensing Fees. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, any amounts or other consideration owed to any Third Party by either Party as (sub)licensor on account of the grant of the (sub)licenses contained in this Section 2 shall be the sole responsibility of the Party granting the (sub)license.
