Common use of Licensing Fee Clause in Contracts

Licensing Fee. As a new VOMI Programs, Events & Other Services provider, Licensee shall pay to VOMI, upon execution of this Agreement, a non-refundable, non-transferable licensing fee of two thousand five hundred US dollars ($2,500.00) as set forth in Exhibit 2- Payment Instructions of this Agreement.
