LICENSES AND STANDARDS. 17 CONTRACTOR warrants that it has all necessary licenses and permits required by 18 the laws of the United States, State of California (hereinafter referred to as “State”), County of 19 Orange, and all other appropriate governmental agencies to perform the services described in this 20 Agreement, and agrees to maintain these licenses and permits in effect for the duration of this 21 Agreement.
