LICENSES AND STANDARDS. 5.1 CONTRACTOR warrants that it and its personnel, described in Paragraph 25 24 of this ContractAgreement, who are subject to individual registration and/or licensing requirements, have all necessary licenses and permits required by the laws of the United States, State of California (hereinafter referred to as “State”), County of Orange, and all other appropriate governmental agencies to perform the services described in this ContractAgreement, and agrees to maintain, and require its personnel to maintain, these licenses and permits in effect for the duration of this ContractAgreement.
