Licenses and Registrations. The Adviser has all governmental, regulatory, self-regulatory, and exchange licenses, registrations, memberships, and approvals required to act as investment adviser to the Fund and the Adviser shall obtain and maintain any said required licenses, registrations, memberships, and approvals.
