LICENSES AND PERMISSIONS. The hirer shall be responsible for obtaining any public licences necessary in connection with the booking and should confirm with the School the licences they hold. Permission or licence must be obtained from the copyright owner, the owner of the sound recordings (if appropriate) and the publisher for any public performance of music, musicals, operas, or stage plays. The borrowing of music scores or plays from a local library does not constitute permission to perform. It is the responsibility of any hirer to ensure that all copyright licences have been obtained to cover planned activities. LICENSES AND PERMISSIONS. (xi) Any statutory licenses, permits, quotas, approvals (including, but not limited to, environmental approvals, statutory and regulatory approvals), permissions, registrations, consents held by the First Demerged Company required to carry on the operations of the Publication Business Undertaking shall stand vested in or transferred to the Transferee Company without any further act or deed, and shall be appropriately mutated by the statutory authorities concerned therewith in favour of the Transferee Company and the benefit of all statutory and regulatory permissions, environmental approvals and consents, registration or other licenses, and consents shall vest in and become available to the Transferee Company as if they were originally obtained by the Transferee Company. The Hirer must obtain a Temporary Event Notice from the local Licensing Authority. The requirement is for the notice to be received by the Licensing Authority and the Police a minimum of 10 working days before the planned event but not including the day of the delivery of the notice or the day of the event.   • Licenses and Permits Each Mortgagor covenants in the Mortgage Loan documents that it shall keep all material licenses, permits, franchises, certificates of occupancy and applicable governmental approvals necessary for the operation of the Mortgaged Property in full force and effect, and to the Mortgage Loan Seller’s knowledge based upon any of a letter from any government authorities, zoning consultant’s report or other affirmative investigation of local law compliance consistent with the investigation conducted by the Mortgage Loan Seller for similar commercial and multifamily mortgage loans intended for securitization; all such material licenses, permits, franchises, certificates of occupancy and applicable governmental approvals are in effect or the failure to obtain or maintain such material licenses, permits, franchises or certificates of occupancy and applicable governmental approvals does not materially and adversely affect the use and/or operation of the Mortgaged Property as it was used and operated as of the date of origination of the Mortgage Loan or the rights of a holder of the related Mortgage Loan.
