Licenses and Certificates. Contractor shall, at all times during the term of this Contract, maintain in full force and effect such licenses as may be required by the State of California or any other governmental entity for Contractor to perform the duties specified herein and provide the services required pursuant to this Contract. Contractor shall strictly adhere to, and obey, all governmental rules and regulations now in effect or as subsequently enacted or modified, as promulgated by any local, state, or federal governmental entities.
Licenses and Certificates. 51.01 Employees who are required to possess any license or certificate, including driver’s license, to perform their duties and responsibilities are obligated to immediately advise their Supervisor(s) within the same day they become aware of any portion of their license or certificate being suspended or restricted, for any reason. Licenses and Certificates. Employees will be reimbursed for the cost of licenses and certificates which are required to per‐ form their job duties. For required certifications (as specified in the job descriptions), the District will pay one time on behalf of eligible employees the up‐front costs associated with sitting for the applicable test.
