Licensee’s Facilities. The cables and all associated equipment and hardware installed for the sole use of the Licensee.
Licensee’s Facilities. All facilities, including but not limited to cables, equipment and associated hardware, owned and utilized by Licensee, which are attached to a Pole, or occupy a Conduit or Right of Way.
Licensee’s Facilities. Licensee’s telecommunication lines, cables and associated equipment, placed within Private Rights-Of-Way for the sole use of Licensee.

Licensee’s Facilities. Licensee’s facilities shall include, but not be limited to, 15 an FTTF, communications antennae2 at a City-approved location, along with radio frequency 16 transmitting and receiving equipment, batteries, utility lines, transmission lines, cables, 17 appurtenances, and improvements supporting antennae and transmitting and receiving 18 equipment connected to a Structure located on the Premises (“Licensee’s Facilities”), as set forth 19 more specifically in the previously referenced Plan (Exhibit “B”).
Licensee’s Facilities. The antenna, transceivers, amplifiers, cable and all associated equipment and hardware owned by the Licensee.
Licensee’s Facilities all facilities, including but not limited to fiber-optic lines, cables, Equipment and associated hardware, owned and utilized by Licensee, which are attached to, or supported by, a Pole.
Licensee’s Facilities. Licensee’s Facilities" means the facilities and equipment controlled by Licensee to provide wireless telecommunications service, including but not limited to antennas, cables, wires, lines, waveguides, poles, conductors and related hardware.
Licensee’s Facilities. Licensee will make available in a timely manner for Skyward’s use, at no charge to Skyward, all technical data, computer facilities, programs, files, documentation, test data, sample output, or other information, resources, and personnel required by Skyward to perform the Professional Services. Licensee will be responsible for, and assumes the risk of any issues or problems resulting from the content, accuracy, completeness, competence, or consistency of all Licensee computer facilities, programs, files, documentation, test data, sample output, or other information, resources, and personnel supplied by Licensee. The Skyward Products will be installed by an authorized Skyward customer service representative. In the event Licensee is currently utilizing a network installed by a third party, Licensee agrees to provide an authorized technical support representative on-site to provide any necessary assistance during the installation process.
