Licensee shall: (i) comply with all applicable international, national, or local laws and regulations in its performance under this Agreement, including export control laws; (ii) shall exercise commercially reasonable efforts to pursue the development, manufacture, and sale of Licensed Products throughout the Term; and (iii) shall continue to maintain throughout the Term and beyond insurance coverage as set forth in Section 14.
