Licensee Fee. Licensee shall pay to NovaDel $500,000 as an up-front licensing fee for the Designated Compound, payable in cash as follows:
Licensee Fee. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, MBI will pay USNY a license fee for the licenses granted under this Agreement. Such license fee shall be payable as follows:
Licensee Fee. (a) On March 28, 2012 Licensee paid Licensor U.S. $200,000 pursuant to the terms set forth in the Binding Term Sheet that was executed between the Parties on March 27.

Suneva agrees to pay Healeon a Licensee Fee of seven-hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) as follows: (1) within five (5) days of the Effective Date a $150,000 initial payment; (2) on or before the 10th of each month beginning with the month following the Effective Date, twelve payments of $50,000. Healeon hereby grants to Suneva, effective upon payment of the initial $150,000 payment, a security interest in favor of Suneva on all Patent Rights owned or controlled by Healeon and agrees to cooperate in Suneva’s efforts to perfect such security interest. Should Healeon fail to obtain U.S. Regulatory Approval for each and all of the Products on or before December 31, 2019, then it shall refund $300,000 (six months oflicense payments) to Suneva on or before March 31, 2020 and such refund shall be Suneva’s exclusive remedy for such breach.
Licensee Fee. LICENSEE shall pay to LICENSOR license fee equal to Two Million Five Hundred Thousand U.S. dollars ($2,500,000.00) (the “License Fee”) in cash or cash equivalent via wire transfer of immediately available funds to an account designated by LICENSOR, of which Five Hundred Thousand U.S. Dollars ($500,000.00) (the “First Payment”) shall be paid within seven (7) days of the Effective Date, and the rest Two Million U.S. dollars ($2,000,000.00) (the “Second Payment”) shall be paid in accordance with the following payment schedule: Amount to be paid Payment Date $500,000.00 January 31, 2007 $500,000.00 June 30, 2007 $500,000.00 January 31, 2008 $500,000.00 June 30, 2008

In consideration of the license granted hereunder, Licensee will pay to Licensor a license fee equal to [******] of the Net Sales of any Licensed Game or Sequel accrued during each calendar month after the date of commercial launch of a Licensed Game or a Sequel, serviced by Licensee (or the third party who concluded the sublicense agreement with Licensee) (the “License Fee”).
