Common use of Licensed Material Clause in Contracts

Licensed Material. Licensed Material" shall mean the name "Gxxxx Xxxxxxx", copyrights and trademarks owned or controlled by Gxxxx and any and all names, symbols, emblems, designs, likenesses, photographs, images and visual representations of or relating to Gxxxx that are approved by Gxxxx in his sole and absolute discretion.
