License Verification. Contractor shall ensure that all staff and subcontractors providing services will have all necessary and valid professional certification(s) or license(s) to practice the contracted services. This includes implementing procedures of professional license checks, credentialing and re-credentialing, monitoring limitations and expiration of licenses, and ensuring that all providers have a current National Provider Identifier (NPI) through the National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES). Contractor shall provide evidence of these completed verifications when requested by County, DHCS or the US Department of Health & Human Services.

License Verification. Conduct primary source verification for all licensed staff providing services under this Contract. Require licensed staff promptly and fully disclose any potential action that may affect his/her licensure. Conduct and document annual license reverification. All staff members who are required to be licensed must be in good standing with the State of Texas.
License Verification. Unless otherwise indicated in the applicable Order, Customer (and its Service Providers) will provide License Verification. If License Verification reveals that Customer (and/or any Service Provider) has exceeded the Licensed Capacity or the scope of Customer’s license grant, then Outcold Solutions will invoice Customer, and Customer will pay Outcold Solutions any underpaid license fees based on Outcold Solutions’ then-current price list (the “Underpaid Fees”) no later than thirty (30) days after the date of Outcold Solutions’ applicable invoice. Without limitation of Outcold Solutions’ other termination rights, if Customer fails to pay the Underpaid Fees when due, then Outcold Solutions may terminate this Agreement and all licenses granted hereunder by notice to Customer.
License Verification. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that (a) FlyPaper has embedded a program license monitor and manager (“Program Manager”) within the Software, which will enable FlyPaper to remotely verify that the Software and License Key are used by the Licensed User on the Licensed Computer pursuant to the terms, conditions, and limitations of this License Agreement, (b) each use of Software by Licensed Users requires internet access for the Licensed Computer to enable license verification and continued use by the Licensed User, and (c) FlyPaper shall have the right to audit use of the Software and License Keys by Licensee, its Licensed Users, and any third party to whom Licensee may have provided access to the foregoing by using the Program Manager or other means anytime and without notice.
License Verification. Rocket Software has the right to verify Customer’s compliance with licenses to the Licensed Software. Customer agrees to keep records sufficient to show Customer’s compliance, including serial numbers; license keys; logs; records identifying machines on which Licensed Software is installed, accessed, or from which Licensed Software can be accessed; the number of different users accessing or authorized to access Licensed Software (if applicable); and licensing metrics, reports, and copies of Licensed Software. Rocket Software may require Customer to provide information about its deployment of Licensed Software, which may be in the form of a questionnaire. Customer will have a reasonable time to complete the questionnaire (or other form of request) and provide it to Rocket Software with an authorized Customer signatory certifying the accuracy of the information furnished. Upon 10 days prior written notice, Rocket Software or its designated representative may inspect Customer’s records, systems and facilities, during Customer’s normal business hours, to verify compliance with licenses to the Licensed Software. Customer agrees to cooperate with such verification. Information obtained will be used solely for compliance purposes and will otherwise be subject to the confidentiality provisions of this Agreement. If Customer has engaged in unlicensed installation, use of, or access to Licensed Software or infringed or misappropriated intellectual property rights in Licensed Software, or has otherwise breached this Agreement or an ALA (a “Non- Compliance”), without prejudice to Rocket Software’ other rights or remedies, including, without limitation, injunctive relief, within thirty (30) days’ notice of such Non-Compliance, Customer agrees to purchase sufficient licenses and or subscriptions and associated support and maintenance (12 months forward and any applicable back support and maintenance) to cure the Non-Compliance, by paying Rocket Software’s current (as of the date of such additional purchase) list license fees and support and maintenance fees to Rocket Software, plus interest (compounded at 1.5% monthly or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law if lower) for such additional licenses from the commencement of the Non-Compliance until payment of the aforementioned fees, with interest payable even if an invoice was not issued at the time the Non- Compliance occurred. License Verification. Devices on which ABB Software is installed may automatically provide information to ABB to enable verification that it is properly licensed. Such information in- cludes information about the ABB Software, the user account, product ID information, a ma- chine ID, and the internet protocol address of the device. By using the ABB Software, Cus- tomer consents to the transmission of such information and ABB's use of such information.

License Verification. The Sitecore Software periodically transmits the following information to a server maintained by Licensor: License Key ID, licensee name, hostname (Licensee’s website URL), host IP, Sitecore Software version, and directory installation path. This information is used by Licensor to send periodic communications to Licensee relevant to use of the Sitecore Software, and to verify, at Licensor’s election, that the Sitecore Software is installed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

License Verification. End User’s scope of deployment and use of the licenses may be verified on a periodic basis by Xxxxxxxx. At Sandvine’s sole discretion, Sandvine may collect and use Bandwidth usage metrics, and other metrics. If Sandvine’s verification indicates that additional Bandwidth is required based on End User’s actual usage, the applicable fees shall be calculated by Sandvine and payable by End User commencing from the start of applicable Sandvine review period. End User must operate Xxxxxxxx’s License Manager in “online” mode. Sandvine may audit End User’s use of App QoE Software to verify End User’s compliance with the applicable licenses and the license conditions. End User shall maintain adequate internal controls and procedures that are reasonably designed to monitor, audit, detect and prevent any non-compliance with this Agreement. If Sandvine elects to exercise an audit, the audit shall be conducted at Sandvine’s expense and shall be subject to the following conditions: (i) Sandvine shall give thirty (30) days prior written notice of its intention to conduct the audit, and (ii) the audit shall be conducted during End User’s regular business hours and shall not unreasonably interfere with End User’s normal operations. If End User has exceeded the maximum Bandwidth applicable to its licenses, End User shall obtain the correct number of licenses and pay the additional amounts applicable for such licenses to Sandvine. It shall be deemed to be a material breach of this Agreement if: (A) End User refuses to provide requested information and/or cooperate with an audit; and/or (B) End User fails to pay Sandvine the applicable license fees and continues to use App QoE Software. End User acknowledges and agrees that Xxxxxxxx’s rights under this section extend to the right to audit any Sandvine-authorized reseller from whom End User acquires the Sandvine products and services, and any subcontractor, service provider, systems integrator or consultant of End User who is involved with the installation, configuration, management and/or support of the Sandvine products and services.
