License to You. We grant to you a nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to (A) use and reproduce the Developer Tools for the development and testing of your Developer Software; and (B) subject to the approval rights in section 5, distribute the Developer Tools (or portions thereof) solely in and with your approved Developer Software in object code form only. The foregoing grant of license does not apply to Prerelease Developer Tools; see section 9 for terms governing your use of Prerelease Developer Tools.
License to You. 3.1 The Ministry grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and royalty free license to use, reproduce and adapt the Shared Data on the terms, and subject to the restrictions, set out in this Agreement.
License to You. We do not transfer title to BizX IP to you. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of BizX IP. You agree that: (i) you will not copy, distribute, or make derivative works of BizX IP in any medium without our prior written consent; (ii) you will not alter or modify any part of BizX IP other than as may be reasonably necessary to use BizX IP for its intended purposes; (iii) you will not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or try to access any BizX IP software source code and
License to You. Network for Good hereby grants to You a limited, non- exclusive, non- transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to (i) access the functionality maintained on Network for Good’s secure server through hypertext links incorporated into Your website solely in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and (ii) solely in connection with such hypertext links, use the logos, trade names, trademarks, promotional text, Fundraising Page donate button design and similar identifying material (collectively, the “Licensed Materials”) of Network for Good that Network for Good specifically provides to You for such purpose. You are only entitled to use the Licensed Materials to the extent that You are a member in good standing of Fundraising Pages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Network for Good is and shall remain the sole owner of all content on the Websites and all of the Licensed Materials.
License to You. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Carbon hereby grants to You a nonexclusive, no charge, revocable and limited copyright license to use, reproduce, prepare derivative works of and sublicense the Deliverables that Carbon makes available to You under this Agreement to manufacture the Objects for the Purpose.
License to You. Subject to the terms and conditions of the APIs Agreements, Huawei grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to integrate, copy, and use the APIs in your API Clients.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement and any applicable Order Form, and upon Your acceptance, purchase and payment (as applicable) for Data procured through the Terbine Exchange, We grant You a nonexclusive, limited-term license to access, store, copy, use, and create derivative works out of such Data.

You may not display or post links to reports generated by the SANDICOR MLS System on any website or other publication available or distributed to the general public. You may not use unattended software programs, scripted software programs, or other automated electronic processes to access and or download data from the SANDICOR MLS System.
