License Term. The license term shall commence upon the License Effective Date, provided, however, that where an acceptance or trial period applies to the Product, the License Term shall be extended by the time period for testing, acceptance or trial.
License Term. A. Except as otherwise provided herein, the license granted by this Agreement shall remain in effect for a period of one (1) year and shall be automatically extended for additional one (1) year periods unless terminated pursuant to the provisions herein.

This Agreement may be terminated by the Plan or by BCBSA for cause at any time provided that Controlled Affiliate has been given a reasonable opportunity to cure and shall not effect such a cure within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the intent to terminate (or commence a cure within such thirty day period and continue diligent efforts to complete the cure if such curing cannot reasonably be completed within such thirty day period). By way of example and not for purposes of limitation, Controlled Affiliate's failure to abide by the quality control provisions of Paragraph 2, above, shall be considered a proper ground for cancellation of this Agreement. This Agreement and all of Controlled Affiliate's rights hereunder shall immediately terminate without any further action by any party or entity in the event that:
License Term. The term of each license for the Software shall be either perpetual or on a term limited basis as set forth in the Ordering Document. If licensed on a term limited basis, the term shall be for a period of three years commencing on the Purchase Date, and on expiration, Customer must cease using and return or destroy all copies of the Software.

If a Product is licensed on a limited term basis, then, unless otherwise set forth in an Order Form, the term shall commence on the Purchase Date and have the following duration: "Alpha, Beta and Evaluation - thirty (30) days. "Hosted Services - one (1) year "Cloud - one (1) year "Software purchases on a term limited basis - three (3) years If you originally registered to download or access a Product for Alpha, Beta or Evaluation purposes, upon re-registration you may be permitted one (1) additional term. On expiration of a limited term, you must cease using and return or destroy all copies of the Products and related Confidential Information.

License Term. Any licenses that contain specific durations allowing the Software to function for a specific period of time shall expire at the end of any such defined time periods. All other licenses granted hereunder that do not have specified durations shall be perpetual.

The license granted under this Article III will be effective as of immediately after the Distribution and will automatically expire at the earlier of (I) the end of the period set forth in Schedule F with respect to each Shared Real Property, or (II) the expiration date of the relevant underlying lease pertaining to each Shared Real Property (in which case the Service Provider shall provide to the Service Recipient written notice thirty (30) days prior to such expiration).
License Term. This License is for the entire License Term indicated on the licensing contract or balance thereof that was agreed to during the application process.
