LICENSE REQUIREMENT. 26.1. All firms doing business in Fairfax County, shall obtain a license as required by Chapter 4, Article 7, of The Code of the County of Fairfax, Virginia, as amended, entitled "Business, Professional and Occupational Licensing (BPOL) Tax." LICENSE REQUIREMENT. Contractor’s attention is directed to Business and Professions Code Sections 7000 et seq. concerning the licensing of contractors. At the time Contractor submits its bid to the City and all times Contractor is performing the Work, Contractor shall have a valid license issued by the Contractors State License Board in the classification stated in the Special Provisions. Contractor and all subcontractors shall be licensed in accordance with the laws of this State and any contractor or subcontractor not so licensed is subject to penalties imposed by such laws. CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED BY LAW TO BE LICENSED AND REGULATED BY THE CONTRACTORS’ STATE LICENSE BOARD WHICH HAS JURISDICTION TO INVESTIGATE COMPLAINTS AGAINST CONTRACTORS IF A COMPLAINT REGARDING A PATENT ACT OR OMISSION IS FILED WITHIN FOUR YEARS OF THE DATE OF THE ALLEGED VIOLATION. A COMPLAINT REGARDING A LATENT ACT OR OMISSION PERTAINING TO STRUCTURAL DEFECTS MUST BE FILED WITHIN 10 YEARS OF THE DATE OF THE ALLEGED VIOLATION. ANY QUESTIONS CONCERNING A CONTRACTOR MAY BE REFERRED TO THE REGISTRAR, CONTRACTORS’ STATE LICENSE BOARD, X.X. XXX 00000, XXXXXXXXXX, XXXXXXXXXX 00000.
LICENSE REQUIREMENT. [a] Educators are expected to be properly licenses and endorsed for the subject(s) for which they are assigned. However, no educator shall be required to become licensed or endorsed in a subject for which they are not assigned.
LICENSE REQUIREMENT. All firms including the contractor doing business in the Town of Purcellville shall meet all applicable federal, state, town and county licensing requirements. The failure to maintain all required federal, state, town and county licenses shall be grounds for the Police to withhold payments due until all licensing requirement are satisfied. A failure to meet all applicable licensing requirements within thirty (30) days notice of such failure by the Police shall be grounds for the immediate termination of the Agreement (see Section IV).
LICENSE REQUIREMENT. (a) No person may conduct, maintain, operate or otherwise participate in conducting, maintaining or operating a hospice unless the hospice is licensed by the department.

LICENSE REQUIREMENT. All bargaining unit members, with the exception of Facilities Maintenance Supervisors, shall maintain a current and valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) and D.O.T. (Department of Transportation) medical card (certificate). The Authority will pay for the license fee for the CDL only. When the Authority learns an employee does not possess a current and valid CDL or D.O.T. card, they will be given 72 hours to obtain the card. Loss of the CDL license, failure to obtain a D.O.T. card, or failure to notify the Authority immediately upon the loss of the CDL license or the
LICENSE REQUIREMENT. If applicable, the Contractor must be a licensed General Contractor as required by North Carolina General Statutes Section 87-1 and must have a good ethical and professional standing with the North Carolina General Contractor’s Licensing Board. The Contractor will be responsible for providing properly qualified, licensed (if required) personnel to complete the Work in accordance with the standard of care ordinarily used by members of the Contractor’s profession practicing under similar circumstances and at the same time in Mecklenburg County.
