Common use of License Maintenance Fee Clause in Contracts

License Maintenance Fee. 7.1 Beginning on the one-year anniversary of the Effective Date and continuing annually on each anniversary of the Effective Date (except as otherwise provided in Section 7.2), Licensee will also pay to The Regents a license maintenance fee as follows:
