Common use of License Issue Fee Clause in Contracts

License Issue Fee. Licensee agrees to pay and shall pay to TSRI a noncreditable, nonrefundable license issue fee in the amount of Ten Thousand U.S. Dollars (U.S. $10,000) within fifteen (15) days of the Effective Date (the “License Issue Fee”). Failure of Licensee to make this payment shall render this Agreement null and void (ab initio).
