Common use of License Fees Clause in Contracts

License Fees. License fees are invoiced as follows: (a) 25% on the Effective Date; (b) 60% on the date when we make the applicable Tyler Software available to you for downloading (the “Available Download Date”); and (c) 15% on the earlier of use of the Tyler Software in live production or 180 days after the Available Download Date.

License Fees. License fees are invoiced as follows: (a) 25% on the Effective Date; (b) 6075% on the date when we make the applicable Tyler Software available to you for downloading (the “Available Download Date”); and (cb) 1525% on the earlier of use of the Tyler Software in live production or 180 days after the Available Download Date.

License fees are invoiced as follows: (a) 25% ($82,615) on the Effective Date; (b) 6050% ($165,230) on the date when we make the applicable Tyler Software available to you for downloading (the “Available Download Date”); and (c) 1525% on the earlier of use of the Tyler Software in live production or 180 ($82,615) ninety (90) days after the Available Download Date.

License Fees. License fees are invoiced as follows: (a) 25% on the Effective DateDate (contract execution); (b) 6050% on the date when we make the applicable Tyler Software module available to you for downloading (the “Available Download Date”); and (c) 1525% on the earlier of use of the Tyler Software in live production or 180 days due seventeen (17) months after the Available Download Effective Date.

License fees are invoiced as follows: (a) 25% on the Effective Date; (b) 60% on the date when we make the applicable Tyler Software available to you for downloading (the “Available Download Date”); and (c) 15% on the earlier of use of the Tyler Software in live production or 180 days after the Available Download Date. .
