Common use of License Fees Clause in Contracts

License Fees. (a) During the term of the Renewal License the annual license fee payable to the Town shall be the maximum allowable by law, per Subscriber served as of the last day of the preceding calendar year, payable on or before March 15th of the said year. Pursuant to G.L.c. 166A§9, this fee is currently fifty cents ($.50) per Subscriber, but not less than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250) annually.

License Fees. (a) During the term of the Renewal License the annual license fee License Fee payable to the Town Issuing Authority shall be the maximum allowable by law, per Subscriber served as of the last day of the preceding calendar year, payable on or before March 15th of the said year. Pursuant to G.L.cM.G.L.c. 166A§9166A, § 9, this fee is currently fifty cents ($.50) per Subscriber, but not less than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250) annually.
