License Fees, Delinquent Account. Fees (as that term is defined below), and other charges that become due must be paid to the order of the “City of Phoenix” and mailed or delivered to the City of Phoenix Aviation Department, X.X. Xxx 00000, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000-0000. The City may change the address for License Fee payments at any time and from time to time by giving Licensee at least thirty (30) days prior notice of the change. License Fees paid by mail are not considered paid until they are actually received by the City. Licensee assumes the risk of loss or delay and the imposition of Delinquent Account Fees if License Fees are not received by the City when due.

  • Delinquent Accounts Collections: In the event GROUP’s account becomes delinquent, SHOP shall undertake collections per State Accounting Manual (XXX) Section 8776.6 (non-employee accounts receivable).

  • Suspension for Delinquent Account Oracle reserves the right to suspend Customer’s access to and/or use of the Services if any payment is due but unpaid but only after Oracle has provided Customer two (2) delinquency notices, and at least thirty (30) days have passed since the transmission of the first notice.   • Delinquent Reports The Contractor shall submit required reports by the designated due dates as identified in this Contract. After notice to the Contractor and an opportunity for a meeting with an Agency representative, the Agency reserves the right to withhold payments for services performed under this Contract if the Agency has not received acceptable progress reports, expenditure reports, refunds, and/or audits as required by this Contract or previous contracts for similar or equivalent services the Contractor has entered into with the Agency. This section shall survive any Termination of the Contract or the Expiration of its term.

  • Termination Fee Charge A. In the event the Judicial Council terminates this Agreement pursuant to the “Termination Other Than for Cause” provision, as set forth in Exhibit A, the Judicial Council may be charged a Termination Fee, not to exceed the amount specified in Exhibit G.

  • Interest on Deposit Liabilities The Assuming Institution agrees that, from and after Bank Closing, it will accrue and pay interest on Deposit liabilities assumed pursuant to Section 2.1 at a rate(s) it shall determine; provided, that for non-transaction Deposit liabilities such rate(s) shall not be less than the lowest rate offered by the Assuming Institution to its depositors for non-transaction deposit accounts.
