License and Usage. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sponsor grants to UDig NY a limited, non- exclusive license to use Sponsor's name, trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, designs and other proprietary information ("Proprietary Information") owned by Sponsor. UDig NY agrees that such Proprietary Information will be used only in connection with the Conference to provide the benefits set forth in this Agreement and such other benefits as the parties may agree to.
License and Usage. During the term of this Agreement, Sponsor grants the City a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferrable right to use Sponsor’s name, brand and logo solely in connection with Sponsor’s Rights as set forth above, subject to Sponsor’s prior approval of any and all use of Sponsor’s name, brand and logo.
License and Usage. Sponsor hereby grants to Organizer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use their Marks to provide the Sponsor Benefits and as otherwise necessary in connection with the Event and related advertising, marketing, and promotional materials. All such use and reference of the Marks must comply with the branding (and co-branding) and trademark specifications and requirements provided by Sponsor to Organizer in a timely fashion. Sponsor shall provide the Sponsor Marks in the format reasonably requested by Organizer. All right, title, and interest in and to the Marks shall remain the exclusive property of Sponsor, and all goodwill arising from such use of the Marks shall inure to the benefit of Sponsor. Nothing herein shall be construed to grant any right or license to the Marks except as expressly provided in this Agreement.
License and Usage. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, during the Term Customer hereby grants CRED iQ a non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to Customer Data to copy, use, modify, distribute, display and disclose to operate and provide the CRED iQ Services. CRED iQ may aggregate and de-identify Customer Data in connection with providing the CRED iQ Services (provided that Customer is not identifiable as the source) (“Aggregated Data”) and collect and use Usage Data in order to provide the CRED iQ Services to Customer and to monitor, analyze, develop upon, maintain, and improve the CRED iQ Services. CRED iQ agrees not to use, collect, disclose, sell or process any Customer Data, except to (i) exercise the rights and obligations permitted under this Agreement, and (ii) comply with applicable laws.

Sponsor hereby grants A TASTE OF THE CARIBBEAN a limited, non‐exclusive license to use Sponsor's trade names, trademarks, service marks and other proprietary information [the "Proprietary Information"] owned by the Sponsor. A TASTE OF THE CARIBBEAN’s use of the Proprietary Information is subject to the approval of the Sponsor's designated representative, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
License and Usage. Sponsor hereby grants Xxxxxx Cricket Club a limited, non-exclusive license to use Sponsor's trade names, trademarks, service marks and other proprietary information owned by the Sponsor. Xxxxxx Cricket Club agrees that the Proprietary Information will be used only in connection with the Sponsorship to provide the benefits set forth in the Brochure and such other benefits as Sponsor and Xxxxxx Cricket Club may agree. Xxxxxx Cricket Club’s use of the Proprietary Information is subject to the approval of the Sponsor's designated representative.
License and Usage. Sponsor hereby grants Cedar Grove Vikings Youth League a limited, non-exclusive license to use Sponsor's trade names, trademarks, service marks and other proprietary information [the "Proprietary Information"] owned by the Sponsor. Cedar Grove Vikings Youth League agrees that the Proprietary Information will be used only in connection with the 2018 Season Events to provide the benefits set forth in the Proposal and such other benefits as Sponsor and Cedar Grove Vikings may agree.
License and Usage. Sponsor hereby grants the City usage of the BlueCross BlueShield name, brand and service xxxx for use solely in connection with the Bike Share Program. The City agrees that the use of all BlueCross BlueShield name, brand and service marks will be used only to provide the benefits set forth above. The City’s use of the BlueCross BlueShield name, brand and service xxxx is subject to corporate approval by Sponsor and all communications including but not limited to print, internet, television and radio and must be submitted to Sponsor for corporate approval prior to publication.
License and Usage. Sponsor hereby grants BALTICON 50 a limited, non-exclusive license to use Sponsor's trade names, trademarks, service marks and other proprietary information [the "Proprietary Information"] owned by the Sponsor. BALTICON 50 agrees that the Proprietary Information will be used only in connection with the 2016 Event to provide the benefits set forth in the Proposal and such other benefits as Sponsor and BALTICON 50 may agree. BALTICON 50's use of the Proprietary Information is subject to the approval of the Sponsor's designated representative, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
License and Usage. 3.1 During the Term, and subject to the terms and conditions of the MSA, Tech Ladies grants to Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and access the Services and the information made available therethrough, including, without limitation, any information relating to Candidates (all such information, hereinafter, the “Tech Ladies Data”), solely for Client’s own internal recruitment purposes. Client agrees to keep confidential the identities of Candidates. Except for the limited license granted hereunder, no other rights in the Service, the Tech Ladies Data or other information generated in connection with the use of the Services are granted hereunder, and all of the foregoing (collectively, the “TL Information”) are and will remain the sole and exclusive property of Tech Ladies and its licensors, if any, regardless of whether the foregoing are separated or integrated with any other products, services or deliverables.
