License and Fees. Company shall pay to Provider the Fees in the currency specified in an applicable Order Form and in accordance with the payment terms set forth in this Agreement. Company shall be responsible for all currency conversion fees, wire transfer fees and similar bank payment charges ("Transaction Fees"). Payment of Fees shall be made net of all Transaction Fees.
