Common use of Licence to Occupy Premises Clause in Contracts

Licence to Occupy Premises. 2.8.1 Any land or Premises made available from time to time to the Provider by the Council in connection with the Contract shall be made available to the Provider on a non-exclusive licence basis free of charge and shall be used by the Provider solely for the purpose of performing its obligations under the Contract. The Provider shall have the use of such land or Premises as licensee and shall vacate the same on completion, termination or abandonment of the Contract.
