LICENCE TO ENTER. (1) The State hereby grants to the Joint Venturers an exclusive licence for the Joint Venturers and their agents contractors and employees to enter, with all necessary vehicles plant and equipment, upon the Xxxxxxx Street Reserve and the Johnsmith Road Reserve for the purpose of carrying out the Redevelopment.
LICENCE TO ENTER. 20.1 If the Partner wishes to access any vacant and unbuilt upon part of the Site prior to Lease Completion in relation to such area, then if the Council consents the Partner may enter onto such area in accordance with the terms set out in Schedule 4.

Access by the Buyer (and those authorised by the Buyer) shall be at their sole risk and liability and the Buyer shall incept and maintain public liability insurance cover from which it will indemnify and keep the Council indemnified from any claim liability or risk suffered or incurred by the Council as a result of the Buyer exercising such rights.

LICENCE TO ENTER. 15.1 Subject to Clause 15.2, the Trust hereby grants to the Operator, the Contractor and the Consultants and their agents and employees with or without vehicles, plant and equipment, the exclusive right subject to Clauses 15.2 and 15.3, until the date when the Operator acquires heritable title to the Site in accordance with Clause 22 of this Agreement or, if earlier, the Termination Date, to occupy every part of the Site to enable the Operator to discharge its obligations under this Agreement. The date upon which the Operator acquires the heritable title to the Site in accordance with the provisions for the sale of the Site at Clause 22 hereof shall be the date when the interest of the Operator as licensee shall merge into the interest of the Operator as heritable proprietor. The Operator will (and will procure that all Operator Parties will) exercise the foregoing rights in such manner as to cause as little nuisance, damage and disturbance as practicable (having due regard to the nature of the Works and the Operator's duties and obligations under this Agreement) and shall make good any damage to the Site (and for this purpose Works carried out by the Operator properly carrying out its obligations in respect of the Works shall not be deemed to be damage) and the Operator shall, on demand, indemnify the Trust in respect of all claims and demands made against it arising from the Operator's negligence or default in relation to its exercise of the foregoing rights.
