Common use of Licence Grant Clause in Contracts

Licence Grant. 2.1 In consideration of the Fee and subject to the terms and conditions of this Licence Agreement, the Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Software and to allow Authorised Users to use the Software for the term set out on the Order.

Licence Grant. 2.1 In consideration of the Fee and subject to the terms and conditions of this Licence Agreement, the Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Software Licensed Material and to allow Authorised Users to use the Software this Licensed Material for the term set out shown on the Order.

Licence Grant. 2.1 In consideration of the Fee and subject to the terms and conditions of this Licence Agreement, the Licensor grants the Licensee a revocable, non-exclusive and exclusive, non-transferable right transferable, term-based licence to use the Software Services for its internal business purposes relating to Educational Purposes and to allow Authorised Users to use the Software Service for the term Service Period set out on the Order. The Service is licensed on a Managed OS Instance as set out in the Order.
