Common use of Licence Grant Clause in Contracts

Licence Grant. 2.1 The Publisher hereby grants to each Member, subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, a non-exclusive licence to access and use the Licensed Material and to allow Members and Authorised Users to access and use the Licensed Material via Secure Authentication for Educational Purposes (the “Licence”).
